How I
show up.

Wellness is not a destination - it is a practice and an ongoing process of returning to yourself.

My approach is rooted in the belief that every person carries within them the capacity for connection, healing, growth, alignment, regulation, and leading a purposeful and meaningful life. The work we do together is not about fixing - it is about returning. I will meet you where you are at, listen to your stories and hold space. Together, we will identify and address the barriers - that is, what is getting in the way of where you want to be and how you want to feel.

I bring a clinical foundation and a soulful lens to every session, integrating evidence-based occupational therapy with a deep respect for the whole person - your nervous system, your unique story, your season of life.

Insurance

Will my service be covered by insurance?

Most insurance plans will cover occupational therapy services up to a certain amount annually. However, you will need to follow up with your insurance company directly to determine the coverage available to you.

Which provinces do you provide services for?

Within Winnipeg and the surrounding area, in person or virtual services are available. We can also provide virtual service for clients in BC, Alberta, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario (as per The ACOTRO Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Cross-Jurisdictional Practice).
